- Assess – I then perform an assessment of how well the leader is performing in key management areas.
- Action Plan – Taking the aims established by the leadership and the results of my assessment, the executive and I establish an action plan to strengthen areas of weakness. This action plan becomes a road-map for the corporate leadership, for me and for the executive being mentored to evaluate their commitment and their progress.
- Analyze–Using actual events from the executive’s daily work experience, I provide detailed feedback of the executive’s performance and results from the standpoint of effective leadership.
- Adopt – Based on our joint analysis, the executive then identifies and implements new strategies to provide more effective leadership to achieve the desired aims.
