On this 1st day of 2023,
I am taking stock and evaluating
where I am going over the next 3 years
leading to 2026 based on where I have
been and what I had done, I am sure
you too are doing the same.
What I Do:
Why I do what I do:
Trusted Strategic Advisor to the FTSE 100 Leaders and mentor to millionaires, I am so passionate about my work, and I am always thrilled by helping successful business leaders and entrepreneurs clarify their corporate vision and their purpose in life so they can continue to become and achieve even more.
How I do what I do:
I speak at high-profile conferences attended by entrepreneurs and successful business leaders. I am highly sought after, by organisations like the FTSE 100 companies, as a speaker. My strategic advice and mentoring programs assist leaders and their teams in growing sustainable and scalable revenues growth in their organisations. Company directors and stakeholders ask me to be on their Boards as a non-executive director or to act as their strategic advisor to help them with sustainable revenues. My books, webinars, audiobooks, and online courses are helping Entrepreneurs and business leaders turn their dreams into reality around the world.
I listen to my inner confidence and with over four decades of experience to help me make my sustainable decisions. I act intuitively and trust my gut instincts. I feel jazzed about working with entrepreneurs and leaders to make their personal and corporate dreams happen, even as my own dreams are being realised. I’m making it fun, and time and money are abundant. My companies are growing because by working with FTSE leaders, people keep telling others about me. FTSE 100 companies feel compelled to hire me to help them because I’m doing what I do which resonates with them and the culture they are building in their organisations.
Dominate – Don’t Compete
I no longer compete for business because I already dominate the space for the most trusted millionaires mentor and trusted strategic advisor to the FTSE 100 leaders as published by the Sunday Times. I achieved this position of trust through the results I have produced for my clients. I feel successful every day. Everything else I do, acquire, and achieve is a bonus. I’m happy in the present. I’m able to spend time with my grandsons and my nephews, have time mid-day to spend with my family, and frequently take time out every single week to volunteer with non-profit organisations, charities, and my own Mastermind Of Entrepreneurs® Scholarship programs by personally mentoring entrepreneurs and ex-military veterans at the Ritz in London and the House Of Lords.
People always tell me that I look so relaxed. I feel so blessed to be able to serve successful millionaires and the top FTSE 100 Leaders. My days are fun-filled and relaxing, and my time is my own. I’m excited about every interaction I have with entrepreneurs and business leaders. I feel appreciated by the people I work with. I comfortably accept the praise people give me, and I let it sink in. I know I make a serious difference to the success of each of my clients. I feel confident working with companies ready to go to the next level, so I can share in their upside. I continue to view life through a pair of rose-coloured glasses. I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be, by the grace of God, and am very grateful and thankful for that.
Programs
I have figured out what’s working, what I’m good at, and I’m sticking with it:
Keynote & Public Speaking:
As a published author, my message is about leadership and business growth expertise in solving linear problems by creating nonlinear solutions so that my clients can leapfrog their competition instead of incremental growth like everyone else. My presentations are based on my experiences gained from my own businesses and working with clients. I frequently speak at professional seminars internationally, as well as conferences run by the Millionaires Club, Fortune, FTSE 100 events, AMEX, and international events.
Feeding Millions:
I am helping feed millions of people around the world every year through my program “Feeding Millions” and the HomeLess One program to feed people mentally, physically, and spiritually. As the old saying goes, feed a man a fish and you will need to feed him daily but if you teach him to fish he will feed himself daily. Running programs working with Bill Gates, Richard Branson, John Paul Dajoria, and Tony Robbins.
KindSox:
People say you can either make money or support others, “I say why can’t we do both”. So I founded KindSox.com to sell quality online with the intention of giving away over a million pairs of socks every year to the homeless community. The principle is very easy, for every pair we sell, we donate a pair to the homeless community. The business model is simple and copied from Toms.com where they sell quality shoes and give a pair away free to the poor.
Workshops & Mastermind Groups:
I regularly book half-day and full-day mastermind group workshops with companies and universities around the world while I’m in their cities at speaking events. I also run one and two-day Growth Camps in The Ritz in London or from the House of Parliaments and Dubai at the Burj Al Arab seven-star hotel that attracts companies and employees from all over Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Audiobooks, Books, And Online Courses:
Attendees at speaking events regularly purchase my books, audiobooks, and online courses and books for their employees. This allows them to share the lessons they have learned at my speaking events with team members who couldn’t attend themselves and then invite me back to their companies to help them build sustainable businesses.
Webinars:
My webinars have hundreds of subscriber companies and thousands of employees learning in an online, convenient environment. I have the world’s top authorities speaking, people like Jay Allan Samit, Drayton Bird, Ben Gay 111, and many more.
Mentoring:
My mid-seven, eight, and nine-figure mentoring clients stay with me for an average of five years plus. Those who leave do so because they no longer need me to guide them or to hold them accountable to their goals. I rarely mentor one on one to more than twelve clients in any one month. While my fees increase annually for new clients, my rates for existing clients are carved in stone.
Mastermind Groups :
I personally run the following communities of mastermind groups in London:
2 x Groups of 10 are for Millionaires & FTSE 100 leaders only.
2 x Groups are for business leaders with eight figures in annual sales.
2 x Groups are for business leaders with seven figures in annual sales.
Voluntary Work & Giving Back:
I have created a Mastermind Of Entrepreneurs® Scholarship program to personally mentor 120 small business owners each year who are running a five-figure business and wish to make it a six-figure business within 12 months. The Scholarship program for the 12 months is worth over £1.4 million each year for the 120 entrepreneurs. I work with the Princes Trust, Sir Richard Branson and his Virgin Unite program, Lord Young, James Caan, and Peter Jones helping young entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and make their dreams come true by allowing spaces in my Mastermind Of Entrepreneurs® Scholarship groups and allowing attendees to my seminars. I also raise funds for good causes.
Boards of Directors:
I am regularly asked to sit as a Non-Executive Director for companies, I have limited myself to 12 companies at any given time.
Culture and Beliefs :
My work with business leaders is a relaxing balance of rigorous work, sensory overload, excitement, and play. I only work with companies who care about their clients and with whom I want my name associated. I don’t compromise. I do not work with companies that are involved in gambling, tobacco, alcohol or unethical activities.
My Brand and My Identity :
My brand resonates with people. When they meet me, they “get it.” I am well-liked and respected. People are overheard saying, “I need a Moe Nawaz on our team.” My look has smart confidence. People who know me say, “Wow, your activities are such a great fit for you!” As you get to know me better, I’m sure you will agree!
Sponsorships :
My work attracts high-end, reputable sponsors who advertise at my seminars and webinars. Sponsors also provide me with clothing, technology, luggage, and car leases to get their brands in front of my clients.
Leadership :
Clients say that I hold them accountable to do the things they need to do to grow their company. The clients I mentor love setting their goals with me. Why? Because effective goal setting helps drive their company’s productivity. Companies value having me on their team as a senior leader that they normally couldn’t afford. Clients consistently say that my leadership has saved them – or made them – millions of £/$/Euros.
Communication Filters :
I don’t have filters – and I’m admired for that. (I am learning, however, to stop swearing on stage!). People trust me because I say what’s on my mind. I think out loud – and I am respected for that. People say I’m a breath of fresh air. I don’t sugarcoat things. I say what other people are thinking. They hire me to tell them what they NEED to hear -even if it means getting fired by my clients. I’ve been fired 26 times in the last seven years by FTSE 100 boardrooms by taking unpopular stands and being brutally honest. Within three years or less, 22 of those clients called back to apologise and to continue from where we had left off. The passage of time had shown them the accuracy and wisdom of my counsel.
Maverick thinker :
A maverick thinker will tell you “If you want to be better than the competition, you can’t afford to continue thinking like them”.
Efficiencies of processes and procedures can only scale your business so much incrementally. To be truly successful, you have to do something your competition can’t or won’t do. You have to think nonlinearly whilst your competition continues to think linearly. You can’t merely think outside of the proverbial box, sometimes you have to be prepared to burn the box to the ground and build your empire on its ashes but not always.
Steve Jobs was your typical Maverick thinker in his days at Apple and Richard Branson’s Virgin group of companies just to name a couple.
My Employees, J.V. Partners & Affiliates :
I outsource work to Virtual Assistants in the USA, Philippines, and India, where I get quality work done at a fraction of the cost. I have learned how to build my company with no full-time employees on the payroll, but with several people who work full-time on results only. I’ve worked hard at systemizing everything I do in my business. I believe in Thinking Big, Staying Small, and Moving Fast.
Media :
The media regularly turns to me as an expert. The media covers what I do and asks me to be a regular columnist in newspapers, magazines, and blogs. This media coverage is shown on my website, which in turn builds credibility with clients and builds my personal brand.
Profitability :
I continue to make a lot of money doing what I do. I have equity and stock options in many of my client’s companies, allowing me to benefit from the upside I have helped create. Although I am semi-retired, I continue to look for ways to grow my revenues while working less.
Fitness :
Fitness is key. I filter the clients I work with by selecting ones whose leaders are active in sports and pursue passionate life goals outside of work. I work out or play golf with them while traveling to speaking and mentoring engagements. All Growth Camps include periods of active rest. I spend time weekly running, golfing, playing badminton, skiing, well not quite yet, and working out with a personal trainer.
My Mentors :
I connect to those who have already “figured it out”. I do what they do, so I don’t have to figure it all out myself. I’m known as a “connector” because of how many people I know and regularly call on, leveraging social networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
Family & Friends :
I regularly spend time with friends and family before I think of working. I only go on the road to be in cities I want to go to, or to cities where I can take family or friends with me. I add extra days to international trips so I get to enjoy the country. My family comes with me on at least two trips per year. I’ve begun to take the family on one international trip per year. I still actively take Friday afternoons off. My fun factor in traveling has increased. I do at least one active event on each trip. I turn down events that take up too much time or with only limited upside. We take what others think of as long chunks of holiday time together each year. I work on building relationships with my friends old and new, and I proactively pick up the phone to call them just to say Hello. I spend time with people who are positive.
