With over four decades of experience across a wide range of industries as both a business Turnaround Practitioner and as a mentor, I have worked with business leaders in America, Canada, Dubai, Germany, Turkey, South Africa, Iran, China, Russia, India, Italy and France.

I specialize in helping clients achieve long-term revenue growth by using the Three Keys of Sustainable Growth: Smart Customer Attraction; Increased Customer Conversion; and, Increased Customer Retention, which transforms one-time buyers into lifetime customers.

With my years of experience in many different industries, I am uniquely positioned to help you implement the Three Keys of Sustainable Growth. Unlike the herd of competitors who simply try to follow the leadership within their industry, I share with my clients the ideas, processes and systems from industries outside of their own. We can then borrow, adapt and fine-tune those ideas, processes and systems to fit your business. As a result, my clients grow their businesses exponentially rather than incrementally.

Clients normally turn to me when they realise that:

  • The status quote is no longer acceptable and
  • Change is needed, but they are unsure how to proceed.

Those realisations are my CUE.

My private client consulting practice focuses primarily on business leaders who are running subsidiaries of FTSE 100 companies or equivalent with £3 million or more in revenues. My relationships are with the business leaders and the managers of the companies. I only work with the decision makers and not committee members who put forward proposals to decision makers.
