Realise that most business leaders and entrepreneurs hire me for a strategic discovery day. That’s where we analyse the issues and brainstorm to produce a business growth strategy to get them from where they are currently to where they want to be in in the future.

Later on... they realise the value of what they just received and return for ongoing work to transform their businesses, knowing that they are taking that next step and making the right choice.

Each project that I work on for a client is personally crafted for that client’s specific situation by me.

Typically, prior to working together we will meet by teleconference or Skype and consult for approximately 20 to 40 minutes.

All of my consultations are with truly committed prospective clients that are determined to improve their business and/or their situation.

All that’s required to start the consultation process is to fill out an application form below. You might think that this is a lot but read on and I’ll explain why this is necessary.

Our unique application form is also business diagnostic tool that allows:

  • Me to gain better insight and clarity to your vision.
  • Is a powerful “snapshot” of your business, or project…
  • Provides an understanding of your business situation and challenges.
  • Saves us time on your consulting call.
  • Makes our conversation so much more powerful and profitable for you.

Not All Applications are Accepted

  • I don’t just accept anyone. Your written application helps me conclude whether or not it is probable that I can help you at all.
  • Warning - You need to be in business and trading or your application will be rejected
  • The telephone consultation will help us both understand if we are a right fit to work together.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A “SALES PITCH”

Either it will make sense for us to work together, or it will not.

Here’s What You Will Get From a Consultation Call

  • Fully examine your business “under a microscope” within the time limits.
  • Determine exactly where your business is now… Where you want to be… What your goals are… What you would like to accomplish by working with me.
  • I will confirm if I am able to help you with your goals and your challenges or not.
  • If I am not able help you with your goals and challenges I will recommend someone else, if required.
  • If during the consultation you feel we cannot work together, we can both part as friends.
  • Explore the possibility that we may work together on your project or your business. This will only happen if we both feel that it is a good fit for both of us.

If after our consultation we do decide to work together, we will forward a short but very important questionnaire before committing to a strategy day.
