Straight Talking Without The B.S.
Successful clients, who engage me, do so because they want to achieve even more. They already know the value I bring to the table, no leader hires me to tell them what they want to hear.
Just surviving is no longer an option in today’s economy.

I have a relentless desire to speak my mind without the B.S., even if it means getting fired by my clients (having been fired 27 times by clients in the last 7 years with over 83% calling back to apologise within 3 years or less only to continue where we had left off because what offended them at the time had now become a reality) by taking the unpopular stance.
It takes great courage and great leaders to admit mistakes.
Without sounding arrogant, I am ONE of a KIND. My Rules and values are not negotiable:
As successful business leaders, we tend to take ourselves a little too seriously. Work should be serious fun.
How important is your family to you? I would put my family over my clients and would expect my clients to put their families over me. At times we have to make difficult decisions between family and work. Let’s choose family.
Requests For Presentations
I don’t do requests for proposals, presentations, tenders, or bidding for contracts. You get what you see.
I don’t work for clients, I work with clients. As the old saying goes, treat others as you expect to be treated – with respect.
When the stakes are high, companies and stakeholders look to me to help them find the right answers and deliver executable nonlinear solutions to linear problems. Whether engaged as a strategic advisor to the board or a non-executive director, I bring positive change to create sustainable value.
My retainers are not cheap. Consider this, if you were informed by your doctor that you needed heart surgery, would you sit down and look through the Yellow Pages or search Google and then start getting quotes for the best price or would you go and get the best heart surgeon? If price is an issue, I am happy to suggest less experienced strategists, mentors, or consultants. Simply put, you get what you pay for.
